BOSQUET DES PAPES, Châteauneuf du Pape blanc
Bosquet des Papes Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc. Full-bodied and impeccably balanced, it has a deep yellow colour. White flowers, ripe white and exotic fruits on the nose, the palate is richly textured with good balance - citrus, pear and peach flavours with power through to the finish. Decanting for an hour beforehand will do this wine the world of good.

Founded in 1860, and handed over from father to son, this excellent Domaine produces age-worthy wines that reach their peak after 6 or 7 years, in an authentic, traditional Châteauneuf du Pape fashion.
Nicolas Boiron, representing the 5th generation, is now in charge, his 27-ha vineyards consists of 40 parcels in the CNDP appellation, and the average age of the vines is 50 years. A 3.5-ha plot, with vines over 100 years old is used to produce top cuvée “Chante le Merle”
